Eternity in an Hour: Works on Paper

Karen Hunter McLaughlin will show in a solo exhibit at Pennswood Gallery in Newtown, PA this January! The exhibit, Eternity in an Hour, elaborates on themes of awe and wonder at the nucleus of Karen’s recent work. Balance, harmony, and reflection (literal and metaphorical) are among the concepts explored.

Indigo Vat Dyeing and Shibori Workshops

January, February, & March 2025
Megan Raab Greenholt is offering Indigo Vat Dyeing and Shibori workshops in her new studio located at Spring City Mill Studios in Spring City, PA. Students will explore several shibori surface resist design techniques and experience dyeing their work in an indigo vat. All materials and supplies are included. Students attending all 3 workshops will learn additional shibori techniques and have the opportunity to explore more patterns to transform clothing and thrifted textiles in the dye vat.

The Philadelphia Flower Show

March 1- 9, 2025
Michelle Ciarlo-Hayes’ company MKC Photography will be popping up at the Makers Market inside the Philadelphia Flower Show this March! She’ll be offering a wonderful selection of her original art, including hew newest series combining her floral illustrations and her father’s vintage sheet music from the 1930s and 40s.
